Balbir Singh Rajewal - President

Education is the nectar of life. When asked how much educated men are superior to those who are uneducated, the great Greek philosopher Aristotle replied, ‘As much as living are to the dead’. Without education we are corpses, education pours life into us. Malwa Education Council - the society which runs the affairs of this College is well aware of this fact. Accordingly we are doing our best to provide the excellent facilities for education of our youth. We have a well-stocked library which is being modernized on priority basis. We are planning to make it more spacious, air-conditioned and provide internet surfing facility. Our laboratories are well equipped. Our Microsoft certified Computer Science laboratories are being upgraded and modernized with new machines of latest configurations, a new internet dedicated line connection of 2Mbps and new computer furniture. Modern state of art canteen for the girl students of the College is due to become operative with effect from the ensuing session 2016/17. We plan to provide free langar to all our students from the new session 2016/17. The Book Bank of the College is already functioning very satisfactorily to the advantage of students.
Dear students, you are the nation-builders - the harbingers of peace and progress of the society. It is our fervent hope that the years which you spend in Malwa College would be the most fruitful years of your life. The knowledge that you will gain, the fine qualities that you will imbibe and the skills that you will learn will be your life long assets.
We invest our trust on you. You are our safe source and we bank all our efforts on you. We create not the future instead we craft you for the future. We want you to be the productive members of society and to contribute to its well-being

Best wishes.
